Ramon worked in the youth academy of FC Bayern Munich and has extensive knowledge of youth football at the highest level, from initial development to the structures that transform a player into a professional. He understands what it takes to make the leap because he was part of this system himself. Furthermore, Ramon also worked for the legal department of FC Bayern Munich AG. He possesses comprehensive skills in contract drafting and in-depth knowledge of national and international sports and association law.

 

Ramon has an outstanding network in Germany, particularly in the Rhineland, the Rhine-Main region, and the Ruhr area. He supports players in their personal and athletic development through all phases of their careers, from their first steps in professional football to strategic planning for their future.
